Who we are

JCruz Construction Services, 2787 Sitio Diliman St. Pulong Buhangin, Sta. Maria, Bulacan, is responsible for the personal information collected on this website. Questions or requests about it go to us directly (see Contact us below).

What we collect

Only what you type into the quote form: your name, email, mobile number, the type of work, site location, when you want to start, budget, and your message.

When you send the form, our server also records your IP address and email in its logs, so we can block spam and repeated submissions.

We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't build profiles of visitors.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit and prepare a quote. We don't sell your details or use them for marketing, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

Who else is involved

• The website runs on a rented server in Singapore, with an encrypted backup copy kept with a cloud storage provider.
• Shiloah Software Solutions builds and maintains the website and can access the stored enquiries to do that.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is sent by a person, not a bot. Cloudflare receives technical details from your browser to do this.
• Google supplies the fonts and the office map, so your browser connects to Google when these load.

We share your details with no one else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to deal with your enquiry or project, and for our business records. You can ask us to delete it sooner. Backup copies are replaced over time.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, object to its use, or have it deleted. If you think we have mishandled it, you can complain to the National Privacy Commission.
